Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to Artist AMP products, websites, accounts, and related managed services. By using the services or approving a written service scope, order, or payment, a customer agrees to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
Users must be legally able to enter an agreement and must provide accurate information. Users are responsible for protecting account credentials, controlling authorized team access, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.
Artist AMP services
Artist AMP is building a connected platform for distribution and release management, marketing, analytics, fan relationships, websites and funnels, merchandise, documents and publishing readiness, and artist operations. Specific features, managed services, integrations, timelines, and support are defined by the plan or written scope provided to each customer.
Artist materials and permissions
Users retain ownership of materials they submit. Users must have all rights, permissions, licenses, clearances, consents, and authority needed for Artist AMP and authorized providers to process, host, reproduce, deliver, promote, or otherwise use those materials to provide the requested service.
Users grant Artist AMP only the permissions reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the agreed services. This permission ends when the relevant service ends, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Distribution and third-party services
Stores, streaming services, payment providers, domain providers, advertising platforms, commerce tools, and other integrations are independent third parties. Their terms, reviews, policies, availability, fees, and decisions may apply and may be outside Artist AMP’s control.
Fees, billing, and renewal
Before payment, Artist AMP will provide the applicable price, currency, billing cycle, renewal terms, included scope, and any one-time fees in writing. Users authorize charges they approve through an order, invoice, or checkout.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the plan, written scope, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy presented before payment.
Acceptable use
Users may not use Artist AMP to infringe rights; distribute unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized material; compromise accounts or systems; send prohibited communications; evade platform rules; or interfere with other users or services.
Service changes and suspension
Artist AMP may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service and may suspend access for security, legal, payment, abuse, or material breach reasons. When reasonably possible, Artist AMP will provide notice and an opportunity to export customer materials.
Disclaimers and liability
Artist AMP cannot guarantee commercial results, audience growth, placement, store acceptance, third-party platform availability, or uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Artist AMP is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or for decisions and outages controlled by independent third-party services.
Governing law and disputes
Customers should contact Artist AMP first so the parties can try to resolve a dispute informally. Any unresolved claim will be handled under applicable law by a court with jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
